Tuesday March 25, 2014 was my first session working out with my mentor. I was expecting that it was going to be really intense, but it turned out to be pretty calm and easy. The things I had to do were easy stuff as in lifting weights I started on 20lb weights. After I was done with that I started to add more weight. When we were done lifting weights we went to work on the treadmills. The goal I had today was to get my body back into workout pace. The funny thing about it was I was out of shape and my mentor didn’t know how much I let myself go. The next thing I would have to do tomorrow is to try harder than I did in this session.
