2nd Workout Session March 26, 2014

Wednesday March 26, 2014. Today was my 2nd workout session with my mentor. The first thing he did with me was to stretch out (of course just to make sure you do not cramp up or anything while we are working out). Then after stretching  we went to go on the treadmills to get our legs loose. My mentor and I ran/jog on it for about 30 minutes. After the treadmill we went off to the side to do push-ups, sit-ups and bicycles (its like a sit up but moving your legs back and forth and having to touch your elbow with ur opposite leg) we did that for at least 15mins. I was getting pretty tired through it but I didn't mind because it's going to be worth it at the end.We went off to go lift weights the first thing we did was dumbbells they were 20lb then it was the bar he put 10lb on each side so it was 65lbs altogether because the bar is at least 45lbs. I was lifting the weights in a squat possession 10 times 3 reps(rounds). After all those weights' we went to go do another 30 minutes on a treadmill so instead of jogging we was running in a fast pace. Today my goals were to see if I accomplish anything from yesterday then tomorrow will always be the same goal is to do better then the session I did today.
