3rd Workout Session April 14,2014

Monday April 14,2014. This was my 3rd workout session with my mentor. Today I went to the gym (Planet Fitness)  to go meet up with him. The first thing we did was to stretch off to the side to get our body warmed up. The next thing after we went to strech was to go on the treadmills we went on that for at least 45 mins or so we were jogging on it. After the treadmills we went to go do more leg workouts as in leg press that is where you put weight on the side to lift as much as you could. So after doing some leg workout we went to go do bench presses I lift at least 35lbs on each side. We did that for at least 5 reps. Then we went off to the side to do some push up, sit ups, and bicycles it was about 3 reps of each thing we did. Then to finish it off we did the treadmills for 30 mins but when we were on it we did more than a jog it was a fast pace when we were running on it. Today my goals was to see if I did better then my last workout and it ended up to be on pace then the other time. Then my next goal for tomorrow is to accomplish more than today.
