4th Workout Session April 15, 2014

Tuesday April 15, 2014. This was my 4th workout session with my mentor. I went to the gym around 6:30pm today. I went off to stretch off without him so we could already workout when he gets here. So it took me 5-10 mins to stretch then my mentor came in and already seeing me stretch out without him. Right when he got here he took me to the treadmills like always and we went on there for an hour. So the first 15 mins on it we just jogged on it for a little bit then after that we push the incline(this is like moving the treadmill up wards like your walking on a hill)  to 1.5 and it pretty hard to jog like that. We did that for at least another 30 mins then we put the incline back to 0. The next 15 mins we were running on it with a fast pace. So after the treadmills we took a 5 min break to catch our breaths. Then after our break we went to the part of where the weights are. We went to do some bench press where you lay on ur back and have a bar over ur head and have weights on each side. We did that for at least 5 reps at a time. So it took us at least 15 mins. Then after that to finish it off we did our push up, sit ups, and bicycles. My goals was for today was to see if i accompish anything from yesterday then my next goal is to see if I could run the whole entire lake merced in San Francisco it is about 4.5 miles.
