5th Workout Session April 16, 2014

Wednesday April 16, 2014. Today this was my 5th workout session with my mentor. My mentor did something different with me today like the first thing we did today instead of on the treadmill we went to go do some bench presses. We went on that for at least 15-20 mins. Then we went on the cycle trainer that looks like your riding on a bike but you dont really have to balance on it. We were riding that for 30 mins. Then we went to go off to the side and did some wall sits for 30 seconds. We did that 3 times in a row. The next thing we did was some push ups and sit ups. He brought me to where all the weights are again and he put me on 45 pound weight to lift for 10-15 times and we did that for 3 reps. After those weight he wanted to see if I could do any pull ups well when we went to go see how many I could do I did at least 2-3 and I didn't even brought my head all the way up. Then to finish everything off we went to the treadmills we ran on it in a fast pace to finish strong. Today my goals were to not give up and to see if I accomplish anything from yesterday. My goal for tommorow is to keep competiting until I could run that whole entire lake merced without stopping.
