Thursday April 17, 2013 I had my 6th workout session with my mentor. I have two more days until I will have to run that Lake Merced. So today I met up with my mentor at the gym to work out. The first thing I did was to stretch out our legs and arms. Then we went to the treadmill we went on that for at least an hour. Next thing we did was work on our arms so we went to do bench press. I had 35lbs on each side I did at least 3-5 reps and we were lifting it for at least 15-20 times per reps. Then we went off to the side to do our sits up, push ups, and our bicycle. We did that for 5 reps each one. Then we went back on the treadmill to finish it off we did it in a fast pace not jogging it was more than a jog. So today my goal was to accomplish what I did yesterday. My next goal was to push myself until I coud really do run it without stopping.
