From doing this Capstone Project with my mentor it helped me to see the different things you could do. Such as my mentor help me through my injuries he helped me go through rehab nd to get better. My thinking through this process makes me want to become a trainer because all the things you know about different types of bodies how you could help a person to get through there pain or even when they are injured. Other things are like when you are working out you shouldn't be working out more than 3 hours there is time limit to workout. Something you could learn by this is that communication skills you could communicate a lot with your partners while you are trainer your partner you could talk to them ask them how the pain is or what you are trying to accomplish through the end. It made me think to become a trainer you will have to go through a lot of school work and think about what you could do because you could just make someone more hurt if you don't know what you are doing. It may look like its a lot of work but then its going to pay off later on when you accomplish all the things to become one.
From this Project I gain a lot of experience working out with my mentor because he showen me through process how to get to your one goal or like to know what to do or what not to do while you are working out. Some experience I've been through is that you shouldn't push yourself through every obstacle because it may cause an injury to your body. Another thing I would tell you is that a trainer will always work you out the hardest but then they will know how long you could handle it and when you could not because it will seem like you are tired but then really you are just giving up on yourself. Some social things I did with my mentor was asking him a lot of question if something happened to me what would I do? or even if anything crazy he ever did or to rehab that one injury he did with another patient. Some intellectually stuff we had was when I kept getting injured the thing about that is that when I was kept getting injured because I wasn't use to the things we were doing such as basketball I wasn't practicing because of my injury but then every time I tried to get back on the court I end up getting hurt again because my body wasn't use to the things they were doing.
Some challenges I face was maybe the first week training with him because I didn't know what we were going to do or the things he was going to do to me. Such as what if the first day he just push me to the limit where I began to throw up or something. Maybe something I already know that he is already doing. The things he challenge me with was running on the treadmill for a long period of time and another thing is when I was lifting weights because I wouldn't know how to carry it a certain way or how many pound I could lift for a certain amount of time. Some stuff I overcame was when I was running on treadmill it may took me probably a week to start getting the hang of running in a good amount of pace without stopping for at least 30 mins or so. Then at the end of the session I learn how to carry most of the weights in a certain place and to see how much weights I could lift at the same time.

11th Workout Session May 7, 2014
May 7, 2014 This was my 11th workout session with my mentor. It may be my last workout session with him too. Today he wanted to do every circuit in this gym from the main floor to the 2nd floor. The first thing we went on was the bicycle it took us around 15-20 mins. Next thing was step masters everything we did was atleast 15-20 mins because we did not want to push ourselfs so much since we are doing everything in this gym. Then we went on the treadmill we ran on it for 30 mins. After that we went on the bicycles. Then we went on the abs workout session. That took us an hour to finish all of the abs workout session. The next thing we did was to do our upper body spot where we could do our upper shoulder and our arms. Then to finish everything off we went to the 2nd floor and did a yoga session in this little room. Today my goal was to see if I remember everything in this was in here and how if I accomplish anything from this pass few weeks then my next goal is to keep up my good work and never give up on what im doing.

10th Workout Session May 6, 2014
May 6, 2014 Today was my 10th workout session with my mentor. So today we worked on our upper body again we went off to go to the dumbells facing the mirrors we did that for at least 4-5 reps. Then we went off to the bench instead of doing 25lbs I did 30 lbs on each side and I did 5 reps with 20-25 times. We went back with the dumbells my mentor he taught me something new so the thing he did with me was doing lunges with 20lbs dumbells so I was doing it from one end of the room to the other end so I did that for 2 times. Then the next thing we did was our squats so instead of my mentor doing it with me he just end up watching me do it. I was doing 3-4 reps and I was doing 20 times per reps. Of course to finish everything off we went to the treadmills and ran on it for 1 hour. My goal today was to see if I did better then my last workout yesterday then my next goal is get a little bolder on my arms.

9th Workout Session May 5, 2014
May 5, 2014 Today was my 9th workout session. So today we went to go workout with our upper body. This was our accomplishment before starting it was like our agenda of the day just to work with our upper body. So the first thing we did today was lifting weights as in dumbells, squats with weights, and to bench. That is all we did today. For the dumbells that is something we did something easy with because it only goes up to at least 25lbs and we were using 2 of them while we are doing it theres 2 dumbells while we are lifting it. Next thing we did was squats we grab a plate 15,20, or 25 lbs. We carried close to our chest then start to did squats with it we did it for at least 3-4 reps and we did 15-20 times each reps. Then we went off to the bench as in while we layed on our backs we had a bar over our heads and I had 25lbs on each side and I did 20 times and 4 times. Then to finish everything off we ran on the treadmills for at least 30-45 mins. My goal today was to do some upper body workouts then my next goal is to get my upper body stronger.
