9th Workout Session May 5, 2014

May 5, 2014 Today was my 9th workout session. So today we went to go workout with our upper body. This was our accomplishment before starting it was like our agenda of the day just to work with our upper body. So the first thing we did today was lifting weights as in dumbells, squats with weights, and to bench. That is all we did today. For the dumbells that is something we did something easy with because it only goes up to at least 25lbs and we were using 2 of them while we are doing it theres 2 dumbells while we are lifting it. Next thing we did was squats we grab a plate 15,20, or 25 lbs. We carried close to our chest then start to did squats with it we did it for at least 3-4 reps and we did 15-20 times each reps. Then we went off to the bench as in while we layed on our backs we had a bar over our heads and I had 25lbs on each side and I did 20 times and 4 times. Then to finish everything off we ran on the treadmills for at least 30-45 mins. My goal today was to do some upper body workouts then my next goal is to get my upper body stronger.
